Product Bundle Boost (“the app”) is a Shopify app operated by Rajimul Islam Joy (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the app accesses when a merchant installs it, how it is used, and the choices you have.
The app creates product bundles, discounts and subscription-style purchase options for your store.
The app does not store card numbers; payments are processed by Shopify.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with data brokers.
Only to provide and improve the app's features for the merchant who installed it, to keep the service secure, and to respond to support requests.
Data is shared only with Shopify (through its APIs) and with infrastructure providers that host the app on our behalf (servers, database, email delivery), under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information if required by law.
Data is kept while the app is installed. When a merchant uninstalls the app we delete the store's data, and Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks (customer data request, customer erasure, shop erasure) are honoured within 30 days of the request.
All traffic uses HTTPS, access tokens are stored server-side only, and access to our servers is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
Merchants and their customers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data at any time by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days.
The app's admin interface runs inside the Shopify admin and uses only the session cookies/storage required for authentication. Storefront components do not set tracking cookies.
We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
